how i work

my favorite nest
what i do daily - i write / flagged green - names of important/fussy/annoying customers. when i receive calls, just check the flags, open the page - refresh their case.

green book - i track POs/invoices/dates/approvals

the management files - staff info/product/my current task etc. sometimes when the call centre too busy the calls transfered to me/or any other calls - the details must be reachable/on the board - vendors/redemption items/ayah's pic./the rabbit - money la.

my tray always show my weakness (that I'm slow) - can't empty them. I don't know why. ;P

rest area - plain water & milo.

used to collect hearts. paste notes with them. mostly cards for colleagues.

must fill in for next year. this is the best for secretaries/PAs who have more than 1 boss & mother/wife to remind lots of stuff besides taking gingko, this help a lot. :)
